The Centre for Leadership helps people understand and practise the keys to outstanding communication. We work with people one-on-one or in small groups on the communication skills needed by leaders – and we work with organisations on the communication issues that they need to tackle.

Peter Thompson is in demand as a facilitator, discussion leader and keynote speaker at high level events.  Peter uses the skills he honed as a broadcaster over many years to bring participants together in meaningful dialogue.

Learning to become a powerful communicator is like mastering a musical instrument.  Some people are born with innate talent but virtually no one knows how to play unaided.

Peter Thompson facilitated the Lowy Institute function attended by President Bill Clinton and QANTAS Chairman Margaret Jackson in February 2006

The Centre’s principals are Peter Thompson and Jane Rowe.

“To lead people you must touch their hearts.
Plenty of people want to change the world.
But only a few embody the change they want to make.
Those few are the great communicators.”
