Ethics Hypothetical In December, 2008, the Centre for Leadership presented a Hypothetical focussing on ethical issues confronting public servants.  A panel including the Ric Smith the former head of Defence, and Laura Tingle, a journalist, wrestled with dilemmas in a challenging and entertaining hypothetical called " Humpty Doo".  As part of the show, a hypothetical future was created - including this front page story in the Argus from 2019.
